About Us
Home. The mere mention of it evokes hopes, dreams and accomplishments as few other words do.
No one understands home like Folsom-based Insight real estate consultant Morgan Larson, who understands the value of knowing one??s goals and consistently striving to achieve them. She credits the warmth and stability of her upbringing for making her the professional she has become today. Truth, integrity, and respect are the virtues upon which Larson has built her real estate business whether working with homebuyers, home sellers or investors.
Larson was attracted to El Dorado County for its beauty as well as its history after having lived in southern California most of her life. An outdoor lover, she often spends her free time running the rapids of the American River or skiing the Sierras, steeping herself in the rich legacy of Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties. All this has made her a quick-study tour guide as well, able to offer her clients insights about the area few would experience with other real estate agents.
"The challenges and rewards of real estate are endless," says Larson. "It's just as exciting to work with people who want to become homeowners as it is with sellers and investors looking to achieve their next real estate goals."
Overcoming obstacles and making real estate transactions and experiences as stress-free as possible are special skills Larson is pleased to offer her clients. "Because I listen so intently to my clients when they explain their needs and their goals, I have come to enjoy a number of great client relationships that make my work especially rewarding," she admits.
How does Larson do it? She integrates what she sees as the Five Essential Skills of Real Estate Sales: A high regard for customer service, perseverance, the art of negotiation, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze important statistics.
Working with a "boutique" brokerage on a top-producing team also has its benefits. "Being an Insight consultant means I've been able to personalize my services to each client because I have a team of people devoted to making each transaction run as smoothly as possible," says Larson. "My clients never worry that I'll be too busy for them or that we'll miss a detail."
