Q: Help! I can't login!
A: There are three scenarios as to why you may not be able to login.
Never created an account
You can create an account by clicking on the green "Register Now" button on the login screen. located here:http://www.ulinknetwork.com/mobile/account.php
Forgot my Login information
You can retrieve your login information by submitting your email (The email you registered your account with) in the "Lost your Password?" section of the login screen.
Haven't activated my account
When you register with a username and password the system will send you an "activation" eMail with a link to activate your user account. YOU MUST CLICK THE ACTIVATION LINK in order to login. If you never received an activation email you can either check your spam folder or contact us and we'll activate your account. This process is designed to protect your account info.
If you've tried all the previous solutions but are still getting kicked back to the login screen without seeing any errors
1. The browser on your mobile device doesn't have cookies enabled.
2. The browser on your mobile device doesn't have Java/Javascript enabled.
