A: Log into the site using your username and password. Once logged in you should see a link titled: "My Account" Click that link and you should see a list of links. Click on "Referrals / Leads". "My Leads" are the referrals that were given to you from other members. "Referrals I've Given" is the list of referrals you've given to other members.
