Cancellation Policy

Membership Cancellation

Cancellations for members paying monthly must satisfy their 12 month commitment before being eligible for cancellation.

Once eligible, A written letter must be received 30 days prior to your next scheduled payment. This includes both monthly and annual pre-paid memberships. We do not give pro-rated refunds or discounts on pre-paid memberships.

All benefits and incentives received by members must be cancelled/returned to uLinkNetwork.

All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder.

Refunds may take up to 45 days to process and are subject to the terms of our agreement.

Refund requests must include the name of the member and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

These above policies apply to all uLinkNetwork memberships unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials. Please read all individual program information thoroughly.

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Your uLinkNetwork membership comes with a 30 day money back guarantee from the date you initially signup with uLinkNetwork. Membership cancellations received within 30 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less a $50 service fee. Cancellations are subject to the terms stated above.

Cancellations received after 30 days from registration will not be eligible for a refund.

uLinkNetwork Event Refund/Cancellation Policy

Event Sponsors

uLinkNetwork reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable.

If uLinkNetwork cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund.

Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, uLinkNetwork will issue a credit or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.

Unless specifically stated on registration materials, there are no refunds on event sponsorships.

uLinkNetwork Goods and Product Refund/Return Policy

All returns of goods and materials purchased directly from uLinkNetwork require prior authorization.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; Returns must be authorized by uLinkNetwork within 30 days of the invoice date.

Within thirty (30) days of purchase, we will replace, substitute or repair, at our sole discretion, any uLinkNetwork product that is deemed defective.

Products provided/sold by uLinkNetwork partners and affinity programs are subject to the return policy of the partner.

Products which are software or downloadable from any uLinkNetwork website or provided media (CD ROM, Memory Drives, etc) are non-refundable.
